Welcome to our Club!
2025/2026 season commences 10 October 2025.
Lakes Swimming Club has for many years seen some fantastic young swimmers come up through the ranks and develop in to fine athletes. Not only does the Club strive for excellence with our competitive swimmers, but also prides itself on developing confidence, participation and fostering the “have a go” attitude in all our members.
The objectives of the Club are to provide:
- An organised program of timed lane events, with a focus on improving each swimmer’s personal best times, through increased confidence and ability.
- A safe, fun, and supportive environment.
Our club has produced swimmers of all levels from those competing on a regular basis for fun and fitness through to State and National level. We are a family orientated, friendly swimming club that welcomes swimmers of all ages and abilities, supporting both recreational and competitive swimmers. Our club nights are held on Friday evenings at Carole Park Pool during terms 4 & 1.
Like all amateur sporting organisations, the club is run by a hard working volunteer committee and parents/carers who selflessly give up their time to foster the development of our swimmers. Whether it is Timekeeping or helping on the BBQ, each role is important to the successful running of Club nights. When joining our Club we ask that you assist in volunteering on Club Night to ensure a successful night of swimming.
For all returning families, we look forward to another season filled with fun, excitement and achievement.
To all new members, the committee extends a warm welcome and hope that this is the beginning of a long association with our club.
